#when Derek bares his throat for the first time it sends a shiver through Stiles #he knows what it means for Derek to do this #to let Stiles be in control #to let him this close #Stiles leans in and noses at the juncture of Derek’s neck #the same way Derek usually does to him #then licks a long wet stripe up to Derek’s ear and is rewarded with a low groan #and the feeling of Derek’s fingers digging into Stiles’ hips #he bites down over Derek’s pulse and feels goosebumps rise up along the skin beneath his mouth #even without having any freaky werewolf powers Stiles can practically hear Derek’s heart racing #but he knows its not fear or distrust #he can tell by the way Derek’s hands spread on his back and pull him in closer that he’s doing nothing wrong #and he can tell by the way Derek says his name next that he shouldn’t stop #so he doesn’t
